Oki – I am Kainiawa – Blackfoot. I believe that a balanced fitness program which is inclusive of emphasis on the body, mind and spirit will create in each individual a vessel of purity. My teachings are geared to all areas of healing with a particular bent for the wellness of mind and spirit. My belief being that through a healthy spirit all other areas of health will follow. I am dedicated to service to all of Creators manifestations. I believe that all things must be in balance if we as individual entities are to be truly balanced. I have studied in many areas of spirituality with main interests being indigenous people’s ways. My main focus is The Way of the American Indian. I am a member of the American Indian Movement (AIM). My studies include the HUNA Religion (indigenous to Hawaii), Buddhism, and Hinduism and South American Indian culture. I am a practitioner of Zen and study Martial Arts.
